Below you find templates and support for recruiting new staff. 

Keep in mind that a recruitment process can take between 6 weeks up to 6 months, depending on position and who you decide to hire, so make sure to start the process in time when you want to hire someone.

To start a new case you have to fill in the correct recruitment profile together with the cover page (doc, new tab) and send to your HR-administrator. 

The recruitment profile always needs to be in Swedish, but for PhD and postdoc it also has to be in English (for the rest of the positions English is optionally). 




TA-personal (other positions) 

Before we can make an employment decision you need to fill in the template for opinion (doc, new tab), ask the prefect to sign and send to your HR-administrator.
