Below are the templates and documentation needed to recruit new employees. 
Remember that new recruitment can take between 6 weeks and 6 months depending on the position and who you decide to employ, so be sure to start the recruitment process as early as possible. 
The process is initiated by completing the correct person specification and cover page (doc, new tab) and sending them to the human resources administrator.

The person specification must always be completed in Swedish, but those for doctoral students and postdocs must also be available in English (English is otherwise optional).

When an appointment decision has been made, the statement template (doc, new tab), is to be completed, signed by the head of department and sent to the human resources administrator.
