Hourly employee
The process below must be followed for hourly employees. Be aware that appointments that will continue for more than three weeks must be advertised; see the Recruitment tab for more information.
The following information is to be sent to the human resources administrator for intermittent employment (hourly employment) to be arranged:
- Name
- Personal identity number
- Address
- Hourly wage (excluding holiday pay, 12%)
- Duration of employment (agreement signed for a maximum of 1 year)
- Accounting code
- Residence permit specifying that the individual is allowed to work (if the person comes from a third country)
The agreement is not valid until both the head of department and hourly employee have signed it.
The hourly employee reports their working hours in Primula. Additional information will be received by email once the agreement has been signed.
