The process below should be followed for hourly paid staff. Keep in mind that positions that will last more than three weeks must be advertised, see the recruitment tab for more information.
Following information should be sent to your HR-administrator if you want to employ someone on an hourly base:
- Personal number
- Hourly wage (excluding holiday pay, 12%)
- Period for the work (we don't write the agreement for more than 1 year)
- Kontering (the financing)
- Residence permit, that the person concerned are allowed to work (if the person comes from third country)
The agreement is not valid until the prefect and the person concerned have signed the form.
The person concerned report the worked hours on his/her own in primula, instructions for this will be sent out in an e-mail when the agreement is signed and done.
